Please note the platform you are working from and follow the applicable instructions.

PC Instructions
Open your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, etc.) and type in "ftp://client.vsunlimited.com@ftp.vsunlimited.com" (case sensitive).
User ID: client.vsunlimited.com

Your representative will provide you with the password.

Drag and drop your files into the your representatives folder or your company named folder. If you have more than one file, place files in that folder and compress the folder with WinZip.

Mac Instructions
MAC Users need "Fetch" for OS9 or "Cyberduck" for OSX. This FTP client software is needed before you can begin. Click on the link below if you do not already have the FTP client software.

Follow these easy instructions to upload your files.

Create a new bookmark: ftp://client.vsunlimited.com@ftp.vsunlimited.com. Host Name is client.vsunlimited.com. Your representative will provide you with a password.

Drag and drop your files into the your representatives folder or your company named folder. If you have more than one file, place files in a folder and compress folder with StuffIt. Please note: you cannot send folders via FTP.
